Dr. Barbie Jane Barrett is a board-certified Emergency and Regenerative Medicine physician with over 40 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. She has held affiliate faculty roles as Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine and currently offers advanced regenerative and aesthetic care at Reno Regenerative Physicians Practice in Reno, Nevada.

Dr. Barbie Barrett is a dual board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), with more than 40 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. She earned her MD from Michigan State University and an MS in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine from the University of South Florida.
Dr. Barrett has served as Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Stanford University and held affiliate faculty roles at UC Davis and UC Irvine. She has also acted as a clinical preceptor for Samuel Merritt University. Her current leadership roles include but is not limited to Medical Director and Senior Physician at Carson City Rural Child Advocacy Center, and Reno Regenerative Physicians.
Known for her dedication to serving communities in crisis, Dr. Barrett has provided emergency medical response for major disasters including the Haiti and Loma Prieta earthquakes, Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, the Korean Airlines crash in San Francisco, the PG&E explosion in San Bruno, and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Her expertise blends rigorous academic medicine with innovative regenerative, metabolic, and aesthetic wellness, all delivered with compassion and a commitment to whole-person care.
